The Senior Success Architect, Multi-Cloud Data Strategy is a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Enterprise Data Strategy and Salesforce Platform Integration with a focus on MDM / CDP technologies and B2C experiences tied to Identity and Privacy. This person supports Salesforce's strategic customers on guiding them to build their Single Source of Truth and collaborate with key stakeholders across Salesforce to drive adoption of NPI, Scaling and distributing the best practices on multi-cloud solutions with Salesforce Products around Data and bringing the voice of the Customer back to the Product and Engineering Teams.


Key Accountabilities (Impact)

Support Customers and build best practices to help define data integration approach between Salesforce platform and other business applications to build out Single Source of Truth (SSOT)

Liaison and establish mutually beneficial relationship with product owners on selected products and features to drive Product roadmap based on customer input

Key contributor to Complex Architecture reviews in collaboration with GTM representatives, delivery consultants and review board

Owns creating and curating content for product and feature implementation best practices guides, knowledge base FAQs, scoping guides and Standard Language Library

Lead formal presentations, webinars and other learning events tailored to field delivery stakeholders (advisory, delivery, GTM, etc.)

Build POCs to validate the best practices and cross cloud point of views.


Qualifications and Skills:

6 - 8+ years experience in implementing at least 1 products in a technical capacity: Commerce Cloud or Marketing Cloud

Data Integration and Data Strategy experience on the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform.

5+ years experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.

Interacts well with both technical and non-technical customers, attains relevant technical and business requirements, analyzes information and designs comprehensive solutions.

Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.

Conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design.

Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams.

A particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience and evangelize best practices.

Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, prioritize, multitask and perform effectively under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent

Implementation experience with: MDM or CDP Products Integration with Salesforce. Mulesoft or Integration with Salesforce products - Commerce, Marketing or Salesforce Platform

Working conditions:

Occasional travel (expected average less than 20%) but may vary
