Director, Demand Generation
Waters Corporation is looking for a Global Director of Demand Generation in TA Instruments division, to help take our company's growth to the next level. The overriding responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the execution of multi-touch high quality demand creation programs, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, that drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will lead a global demand generation team in its efforts of prospecting for new business from current and new customers across a variety of segments.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with the Sales, Product Management and Global Marketing teams. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, action-oriented and have a strategic mindset. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, creativity, and offers the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.
This position will be located in either the New Castle, Delaware or Milford, Massachusetts facility.
Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to
Lead the development, management and execution of innovative, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive the MQL and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates to optimize campaign design and performance to foster strong sales and marketing alignment.
Lead the development and execution of Digital Marketing plans that drive demand and growth, working closely with sales, product management and market segment groups.
Manage budgets across global marketing campaigns and channels; Measure and analyze marketing campaign ROI
Support the market segment and product management teams as needed to ensure successful commercialization of new product releases.
Work with sales and product management to develop new campaigns and leverage existing content
Work closely with Commercial Enablement team to monitor and analyze the marketing contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, and new customer acquisition
Build, train, develop and manage a global digital marketing team capable of delivering business critical results.
Communicate expectations, manage performance, coach and develop organizational talent in order to enhance the employee satisfaction and overall results for TA.
The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following
Minimum B.S. in Marketing or Business field. MBA preferred.
5+ years of digital marketing and demand generation experience
Working knowledge of CRM, Google analytics, social media campaign analytics and marketing automation tools
Strategic thinker who loves rolling up their sleeves, executing and seeing the results of their team's effort
Strong leadership and best practice experience, able to coordinate and integrate field marketing activities across the regions
Demonstrable record of building effective relationships and programs with partners
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Additional language skills would be preferred
Willingness to travel, when safe to do so, up to 20%
International experience would be an advantage
Culturally aware and able to adapt marketing strategies for different regional needs.
