Job Description

Barclays Services Corp. seeks a Customer Experience Project Manager for its Wilmington, DE location.

Duties: Drive strategic program initiatives and plan out timelines, deliverables and capacity for the programs, and manage them through project initiation, requirements planning, development, testing, execution and implementation. Plan budget and forecast assigned projects and programs. Collaborate with project leads and business stakeholders to define high-level requirements and creating feature group assignments for team deliverables. Implement projects as per timelines and ensure that all project requirements and objectives and business stakeholders’ expectation are met. Document and review technical and functional requirements for various technology and operational-related projects that use Agile or SDLC methodologies. Review the testing strategy and high-level test plan with the Quality Assurance team and provide approvals for product releases. Work with technology development team to ensure all code reviews are completed and code is delivered to production environment as expected. Provide weekly status reports and capacity status to leadership team to provide transparency to business.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or closely related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or a closely related position. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in specified fields and 2 years of experience in the position specified above.  Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Demonstrated experience must include project management and the following: Creating detailed business process flow documents to analyze current state (As-Is) and identify process optimization opportunities to drive operational efficiencies; Managing project lifecycle from project initiation to execution for various web-based applications, Internal software applications, including system architecture; Managing project plans, creating RAIDs log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) throughout the project deployments, and creating project reports for Senior leadership teams and Steering Committee Forums for key decisions; Developing business requirements, understanding the system architecture, analyzing data across all systems and creating data dictionary document, and functional specifications document; Collating input from senior leadership team members and translating feedback into business requirements, visual mock-ups; Utilizing Data Visualizer, My SQL, MS Access DB and Oracle to analyze historical data and understand trends to support business reporting; Utilizing Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq and Adobe to create project timelines, project maps, and design wireframes for Web based applications; and Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, HP Quality Center, JIRA, and Rally to analyze data, to create requirements, management of requirements/stories/defects, and project timelines. 40 hours/week.
