We are looking for smart, dynamic people who can deliver the Sapphire partnership product vision, which is to enable customers to seamlessly access partner benefits through 3rd party apps / platforms and enable partners to easily integration with Chase via APIs to deliver benefits at scale. The successful candidate must be able to build and leverage relationships across various lines of business, as well as with the Sapphire partners (e.g. Lyft and DoorDash), and effectively deliver and execute on key partner product initiatives.
+ Serve as Business Owner for E2E product / technical development for partner integrations, defining product strategy and vision in partnership with partner Tech teams, championing the project across multiple tech teams and defining success criteria
+ Define user flows and write product requirements for new partner integrations and enhancements
+ Partner with Technology and CAO on product requirements and implementation for build and enhancements
+ Serve as tech and product point of contact externally with partners (e.g. Lyft and DoorDash and internally across CBC cards
+ Work cross-functionally with Chase Branded Card teams and other LOBs on implementing relevant product benefits
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and oversee the Partnerships product roadmap
+ 4+ years of industry experience in product or project management within a financial services and / or payments industry; preference for experience in an agile tech environment
+ Pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time
+ Outstanding relationship management skills and ability to thrive in a highly matrixed Company structure
+ Demonstrated strong cross-functional tech / product owner leadership, influencing and creative problem solving
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally
+ Ability to work successfully in an agile environment with competing priorities
+ BS degree or equivalent experience required
