The Manager, Diversity & Inclusion, is responsible for helping to drive Solenis' objective of doubling the diversity of the organization's workforce by 2030 and transforming to a culture of inclusion to enable greater retention of our diverse talent. The role will work cross-functionally within Solenis' Talent Management team (Talent Acquisition, Training, Culture, Leadership & Development) and the broader employee base to ensure alignment among our D&I strategies globally. The Manager, D&I, will work closely with the global HR team and key leadership stakeholders to ensure that our D&I agendas are successfully implemented and in-line with Solenis' overall business objectives. The successful incumbent will be recognized as a strong D&I practitioner with a proven track-record in driving D&I initiatives, both tactically and strategically. The desired outcomes for this position are successful D&I strategies and programs, aligned with the company's strategy, that drive and enable a high performance, high growth culture globally

The position reports to the Vice President, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion.

Primary Responsibilities

Under the direction of the VP, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, assist in establishing, implementing and driving organizational D&I programs and activities, and ensuring they are woven into a cohesive strategy that clarifies their purpose and intent.

Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organizations D&I goals.

Ongoing review of current practices and policies to assess and analyze the extent to which they support or hinder the company's D&I goals.

Collect and analyze data to evaluate the company's population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.

Assist the Global Talent Acquisition Leader with implementing and driving recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.

Develop, acquire and manage new or existing training and development programs to aid diversity and retention initiatives.

Assist with various talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, our scholarship program, our annual culture survey and other related programs.

Provide guidance to managers and HR staff in developing objective performance and other employee evaluations and policies.

Work closely with global/regional HR team members to ensures that D&I priorities and action plans are established and implemented in each region.

Help to ensure effective vendor management, integrating partner support from external vendors in managing D&I support as needed.

Ensure HR team members are proactively informed and trained on any D&I program/plan rollouts in order to ensure successful implementation.

Support and help lead D&I-related change and culture transformation efforts within the organization.
