As a Manager Project Manager on the Product Operations team in Retail Bank, you will be responsible for managing the intake, governance and delivery of critical work that drives measurable outcomes for the Product, Platforms, & Data (PPD) Product Management organization.
This role supports our product, technology and process teams coordinating well-managed deliveries across multiple functions and lines of business. This associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with line of business management and our risk partners.
Manage horizontal large-scale programs that deliver outcomes for our Product, Platforms, & Data Product Management organization.
Manage intake and prioritization of efforts requiring horizontal support from the PMO, coordinating across job disciplines to drive towards defined outcomes
Build and maintain high trust relationships with partner teams
Collaborate with all levels of the organization to monitor and manage the critical path, plan contingencies, facilitate scope changes, and control resource expenditure
Leverage problem solving skills to identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
Report on program and feature delivery progress, managing escalations and impediment resolution
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Bachelor's Degree, Military experience, or at least 5 years of project management experience
At least 1 year working in digital product
8+ years of Project Management experience
3+ years working in digital product space
2+ years of experience in financial services and consumer credit card industry
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
