Your Role as the Office Clerk
In this permanent, direct hire position, you will handle administrative tasks for the production facility. Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, routing to appropriate person, and take messages as necessary
Print Bills of Lading
Assist Shipping Department as needed
Run production reports from internal system
Review trucking invoices and ensure accuracy
Provide trucker checks to security
Maintain visitor log
Prepare expense reports for management team
Sort incoming mail
Assist with attendance records
Prepare internal company notices for special events and assist with event planning
Prepare outgoing UPS and Fedex packages
Maintain petty cash
Expertise in administrative / office management responsibilities
Strong organizational ability
Excellent communication skills
