Support migration of applications and services to cloud solutions
Provide day-to-day management and oversight for software development utilizing a COTS software product. Includes:
+ Sprint Backlog Grooming/Prioritization
+ Sprint Planning & Coordination
+ Project Schedule Tracking, Coordination and Maintenance
+ Unit / Acceptance / Smoke Testing Coordination & Defect tracking
+ Jira Tracking and Reporting
+ Conduct of Daily Scrums and Weekly Management Meetings
+ Risk and Issue Tracking and Reporting
+ Participation in Service Restoration Teams, as needed
Ensure client relationships and satisfaction are maintained by meeting current and potential applications needs, and working in concert with the PM to help ensure contract compliance
Select and hire employees, if required. Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work products. Address performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A degree specializing in computer science, management information systems, accounting or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years (8 years with Master’s Degree) experience in managing application management teams in developing business solutions for medium to large client accounts. Experience with end-to-end accountability for service delivery, customer satisfaction, financial performance and application growth. Must have experience using Agile software development practices and use of Jira to support Sprint planning and tracking.
