Sr. Equality Program Manager for Talent Acquisition: The Global Recruiting Operations Program Management team is responsible Increasing hiring efficiency and velocity, while improving consistency, quality and inclusivity. We empower our global recruiting organization to provide on-demand talent to our hiring teams while delivering great talent experiences. We sit at the heart of our center of excellence collaborating with recruiting leaders, business leaders and end users to optimize and deliver lean processes that accelerate the speed of business. We partner with Business Technology teams and Employee Success Digital teams who own the selection, implementation, maintenance and optimization of the technology that we use.
What you’ll be doing…
As a Senior Program Manager for the Global Recruiting Operations team, you will be responsible for deeply understanding your customers needs, jobs that they do, goals they desire to achieve and challenges that slow their progress. You will analyze data, identify process issues, refine user roles, and develop strategies and plans that deliver results in collaboration with the recruiting leadership team and your cross functional partners that include internal technology partners that will jointly deliver the right solutions with Global Recruiting. This role requires strategic thought leadership, influencing without authority, and an ability to execute.
(Individual contributor function / Hands On) You will be responsible for URM/URG (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) programs focused on talent acquisition efficiency, effectiveness and experience optimization. You will collaborate with global recruiting and cross functional partners and program managers to identify and deliver high impact business outcomes that are process driven.Your focus will be to continuously find ways for our recruiting organization to be more efficient. You will work with cross-functional Salesforce teams and third party vendors to identify issues, goals and solutions that deliver increased productivity per employee. Your plans and programs will always factor in unique talent segment and regional norms, regulations and best practices, while standardizing processes. Everything that you do will support the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience, while ensuring that we continue to build an employee base that represents the communities that we live and work in. You will drive programs that incorporate the needs of the stakeholders for internal and external recruiting across all talent segments and regions for your assigned areas.

+ Creating solutions with a focus on the user. You are delivering a global recruiting product that is easy to use, increases hiring velocity and delighting the customers.
+ Making decisions based on data with a strong focus on impact and the delivery of our vision and objectives. Influence global recruiting programs and projects through data insights and collaboration.
+ Acting as the driver, connector and evangelist of your programs in a way that ensures on time and effective delivery.
+ Communicating clearly throughout for the right level of sponsorship, engagement and adoption.
+ Business process optimization through data analysis, process analysis, understanding how people work, understanding efficiency blockers, being deeply aligned with our global recruiting strategy and delivering products and services that make a positive impact.
+ Align to the recruiting vision, and drive recruiting process and systems improvements by focusing on critical and high impact areas, delivering multi-year processes and systems roadmaps for recruiting automation and competitive intelligence that accelerates delivery and per employee productivity.
+ Influence stakeholders across our global recruiting organization to drive process improvements that will ensure business efficiencies to scale to 100k+ employees with an ever decreasing cost per hire.
+ Deliver processes and tools that ensure that our global recruiting team is working at the highest levels of efficiency.
+ Ensure that all programs support our goals for continuous improvement, a great experience and a diverse employee base.
+ Partner with employment legal and compliance early in your planning process and throughout to ensure it aligns with global, regional, local and talent segment requirements.
+ Support change management and appropriate communication plans to ensure new processes and systems are rolled out effectively on a global scale, while ensuring that all stakeholders and users are represented to ensure program success.
+ Partner with training and enablement to assure the necessary adoption of tools and services.
+ Act in the capacity of the lead program manager and project manager as appropriate for your focus area to ensure successful outcomes that are on time.
+ Create, update and maintain project management documentation related to all work that clearly defines required vision, mission, scope of work, tasks, task owners, sponsors, collaborators, communications, timelines, dependencies, status, risks and more as appropriate to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.
+ Create, update and maintain decision logs, risk and risk mitigation plans.
+ Provide weekly status updates in meetings and through other forms of standardized communications to ensure that leaders, partners, stakeholders and task owners are aligned, informed and working as one unified team.
+ Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies such as value stream mapping, lean six sigma or similar past experience
+ Demonstrated experience evaluating large scale issues and creating solutions that are data driven
+ Ability to translate business issues and solutions into compelling stories that are backed by data
+ Proven ability to create and deliver recruiting process improvements
+ Extensive knowledge of global recruiting
+ Experience managing cross functional recruiting partnerships and influencing leadership on a global basis
+ Genuine curiosity and knowledge of enterprise scale recruiting
+ Experience as a Program Manager and/or Product management is mandatory
+ Understand and excel in a matrix management environment
+ Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Able to work well in a cross-functional, geographically distributed environment
+ Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
+ Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills
+ Proven ability to track and execute on complex global recruiting projects
+ Caring and respectful personality, always putting the needs of people first over the delivery of the project
+ Thorough understanding of recruiting business processes and related technologies
+ Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike
+ Experience framing, establishing and implementing large-scale change initiatives
+ Demonstrated ability to deliver a great experience through business processes

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $140,000. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
