Job Responsibilities • Provide administrative, organizational, and clerical support • Invoice and payroll processing • Processes incoming departmental mail, opening and routing mail as appropriate; prepares mailings • Performs research as required • Prepares and types correspondence, memoranda, documents, bids, reports, spreadsheets, and e-mails
