Through hands-on experience, Associates at BAYADA learn all aspects of managing and growing a caseload, recruiting staff and monitoring compliance.
Assist with recruiting initiatives, including the new hire on-boarding process
The Associate will help in the hiring process by coordinating in-office on-boarding, determining work opportunities based on office needs, and managing employee files and compliance.
Act as an in-office point of contact to new employees that are building their schedules.
Manage a small caseload of clients.
Promote retention activities i.e., recognition and company contests, along with assisting in the performance appraisal process
Four year college degree (prior health care, home care and recruiting experience a plus)
A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
