BAYADA Pediatrics has immediate openings for RNs, Registered Nurses in Dover, Smyrna, Townsend, Middletown, New Castle, Newark, Wilmington, and beyond. Work 1:1 with your clients (infants - young adults) in the comfort and safety of their home. Previous pediatric experience not required. We'll provide you with paid training, proper PPE supplies, and 24/7 support so you can do your job safely!

Responsibilities for Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN):

Client assessments

Training and education of family members

Administration of prescribed medication, treatment and therapy

Communication with other members of the client's multi-disciplinary team

Supply management

Emergency management

Qualifications for Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN):

Current RN license in good standing Delaware

Current CPR certification

Minimum 4 months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required (industry-leading training available through BAYADA)
