Our Facilities group is looking for a motivated Facilities Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing facilities services to internal Incyte customers.
Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
Provide general facilities' services to the office area, including but not limited to hot/cold call, lamp replacement, painting, spot floor care, and other requests submitted by employees.
Respond to facilities work requests.
Responsible for ensuring all preventative maintenance is performed on office infrastructure.
Assist with reconfiguring of work stations; modifying of work spaces/areas as needed.
Utilize and perform basic skills in electrical services to troubleshoot issues, research and attempt practical repair and replace procedures.
Assist with office moves.
Assist with Conference Room set-ups as needed.
Provide back-up for all areas of Facilities.
Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
2 years previous general facilities experience.
Ability to lift 50 lb boxes.
Basic proficiency in electrical services; licensed electrician preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Initial Hazardous Waste Training within 6 months of starting position and annual refresher each year.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
