We are seeking and experienced Senior Project Manager who can facilitate the development of a Request for Proposal in support of a large technology initiative and work with business partners to gather current/future state documentation and create detailed business requirements.Experience with standard project management methodologies, practices and tools is required to manage the evaluation, planning, and overall execution of deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Work with stakeholders to document current/future business process flows

· Identify, analyze, and document business needs and translate those needs into required RFP requirements

· Create an RFP that incorporates the needs and requirements of the requested business team and in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations

· Work with procurement and other SMEs to manage the RFP process and adhere to required state and federal requirements

· Assist with vendor selection and provide consultation during contract negotiations

· Work with Subject Matter Experts to document Key Performance Indicators for the procurement process as well as the overall solution

· Work with stakeholders to identify and document project goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.

· Translate business requirements to System/Functional requirements

· Maintain project schedule, track deliverables and progress toward completion

· Establish routine project meetings and communication strategy for impacted audiences

· Clearly communicate expectations between technology teams, support teams, and business units and Leadership/Steering Committee.
