Required Experience A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field Required Qualifications * Valid Driver’s License * Must Pass Background * CPR and/or BLS certified * Must be able to use a computer and provide clinical documentation of services. * Medium Physical Requirements: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Program Summary Grubb Rd Passages is a group home that services women with challenges dealing with mental health diagnosis. The home services up to 5 individuals’. Located in Wilmington De. Services provided focus on skill building, and symptoms management, as well as community living to maximize their quality of life, and reducing the need the impatient hospitalization.
