Job Description:

Performing UX Research for IBM and Project Management.

Journey Mapping

Usability Research

Product Design Research

Technical Skill Requirements:

Research Tools licensed by IBM

On-Call Support. (Part-time) Estimated 15-20 hours per week.

Pricing will be on the IBM Business Services Contract (No Markup or bill rate constraints) PO will be entered into CSA as a Business Consultant or Design consultant that will direct the PO in the tool towards Business Services. PO will then be authorized by the Buyer and then sent to CTG directly.

Requirements:

Senior Researcher for Consumer Insights in Watson Advertising and Weather

Responsibilities

User research support in the form of research design, execution, analysis, and delivery of findings.

The research will be conducted to support discovery activities involving quantitative research, user research, and usability testing for TWC app and website product design as requested and coordinated by the Consumer Insights team lead Carol Bales.

Interaction with product teams as needed to determine individual research project needs, then executive the research, and present findings back to the product teams.

Comply with research protocols as defined by the Consumer Insights team, and in accordance with IBM user research best practices and guidelines.
