The team is responsible for delivering more than 1,000 diverse future leaders into entry-level analyst programs across multiple businesses and corporate areas at JPMorgan Chase. The Technology Campus Recruiting Team is currently hiring a Technology Campus Recruiting Diversity Sourcer. The primary focus of the Technology Campus Recruiting Diversity Sourcer is to support the diversity recruitment efforts in the ambitious growth of our Diversity & Inclusion campus strategy for the Technology organization. The Sourcer will identify and develop undergraduate talent and a diversity pipeline for JPMorgan Chase’s Software Engineer Program and summer internship. The Sourcer will partner with key stakeholders including Campus Recruiters, Program Managers, and Hiring Managers. The individual will create talent pipelines and market maps. In addition, the Sourcer will regularly provide external market data.

Key Programs

+ Summer Intern Programs – ten-week internship experience that provides a real-world view into working at JPMorgan Chase and serves as the primary pipeline for full-time Engineer Program hiring.

+ Full-time Engineer Program – an entry level program that provides two years of training and development within Technology groups and is a pipeline of talent and leaders for the firm.

Candidate Sourcing Responsibilities

+ Provide comprehensive resourcing solutions in a competitive market including alternative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and direct students sourcing options

+ Identify, engage, and advise technical talent with a focus on creating a great experience for each candidate

+ Convert prospective candidates to applicants

+ Network and actively promote our Technology brand

+ Create and execute campaigns and outreach to students and select faculty to educate students on opportunities and events

+ Manage the diversity-focused pipeline by sourcing from diversity partnerships and databases

+ Manage the end-to-end candidate experience for Tech Connect candidates

+ Attend diversity conferences and on site events throughout the year

Relationship Building Responsibilities

+ Work with hiring managers in the Technology organization to understand the structure of their teams, ongoing projects, and hiring demands

+ Liaise with external partners and manage the process and relationship

+ Communicate the nuances of our hiring process, technologies, and the technical demands of our Technology opportunities to candidates

Data & Analytics Responsibilities

+ Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key Technology talent markets

+ Monitor and analyze the success of the sourcing strategies to enable data-driven decisions for the future

+ Ensure all data is captured, updated and reported properly

+ Research, implement and maintain leading edge and creative sourcing tools and resources that improve candidate relationship development

+ Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to inform recruitment and hiring decisions

+ Assist Technology Recruiting Team with Applicant Tracking System administrative responsibilities as needed


+ 2-4 years of technology and/or sourcing experience

+ Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies including use of technology, market mapping, and cold-calling

+ Experience in working with Piazza, Handshake, LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms preferred

+ Solid project management and reporting skills with ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service

+ Strong knowledge of and interest in the Technology market

+ Understanding of technical skill sets and the tools required to source them

+ Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multi-task and utilize good time management skills

+ Entrepreneurial, self-starter who can work with minimal oversight and with a high sense of urgency

+ Demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships

+ Impeccable attention to detail; tenacity and adeptness in problem-solving and identifying solutions; superior, constant sense of organization and prioritization

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Enjoy significant interaction with college students

+ Extremely flexible and adaptable to a fast paced work environment

+ PowerPoint and Excel proficiency is required
