As a member of the AWM Ops Content & Document Support team, you will be supporting various tools related to the document lifecycle. This role will primarily focus on providing technical assistance and support relating to the document suite of tools, coordinating training & communications for system ehnancements and tool administration.
The role will also requires additional project management activities like tracking, monitoring, and participation of the full agile project life cycle (requirements, UAT and implementation) for ICM (Intelligent Contract Management). This role will also assist in capturing requirements from stakeholders, creation of JIRA stories, planning and prioritizing stories in sprints and managing testing (writing and executing test scripts). Collaborative partnership with the impacted technology, legal and operations teams will be essential to ensure the success of each enhancement, ensuring completeness of business requirements, clear understanding of operational impacts and resolution of operational issues related to the requirements raised.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Answering inquiries and addressing user issues in a timely and professional manner.
+ Growing into an SME who can provide clear direction and vision to the technology partners and stakeholders
+ Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and create a business proposition across cross functional areas
+ Assist with the planning and prioritization of Product JIRA backlog
+ Support end to end User Acceptance Testing process
+ Implement KPI’s to manage and improve the service
+ Coordinate and conduct system training
+ Perform various system administration duties
+ Partner with the Doc Solutions Product Owners to continuously improve our platforms and capabilities
+ 3 to 5 years of experience within a financial services organization, exposure to any Regulatory or compliance product is a plus
+ Independently lead and drive initiatives to completion and manage risks/issues
+ Must have experience writing business requirements and grooming user stories with technology partners
+ Prior Project Managements and test management experience
+ Working knowledge of Jira, MS Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint
+ Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management or equivalent preferred
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, leadership skills, ability to drive the stakeholders to determine the Requirements.
+ Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Attention to detail and ability to work independently
+ Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
+ Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
+ Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
