Job Information

Position Summary:

As the EMEA Manager of Talent Acquisition supervises the hiring of talents in the region, summarizes and tracks open positions, sources internal candidates and supports the design of regional hiring practices shared by various locations.The Talent Acquisition Manager also will work very close to the Talent Development Director to identify the talents into the Region and the internal opportunities across Region and functions.

Work with Comp & Ben Director on the correct MRP matching according Market requirements across the Region. Work with HRBP’s on the hiring support and providing guidance to the common hiring approach Work with Internal communication Manager on Brand development focus on internal and External candidates.

Role & Responsibility

Talent Identification:

+ Recruitment process from end to end

+ Cooperation across local HR teams

Main responsibilities

+ Actively work on current staffing needs

+ Manage recruiters and all outsourced recruitment processes

+ Screen applications, phone filtering and conduct interviews

+ Professional references search of candidates

+ Coordinate internal interview with Hiring Manager and correspondent HRBP

+ Negotiate offers with successful candidates or support the HRBP with the negotiation. Supportthe HRBP to design and coordinate on-boarding process

Job Requirement

+ Education & Qualification: Human Resources – Masters Degree / Equivalent / Human Resources – University

+ Experience: 5>7 years

+ Travel Standard: 10 – 24 %

+ HR management, industry international company preferred

+ 5 + years of experience within the similar role

+ Global Breadth: Multi-Site (> One Location)

+ Being familiar with HR in multiple countries

+ Proven past experience in Hiring of individuals and team

+ Fluent in English

+ Ability to use MS Office
