The mission of the Campus Recruiting team is to provide a best-in-class experience to students that showcases JPMorgan Chase’s people, culture and impact. The team is responsible for delivering diverse future leaders into entry-level analyst programs across multiple businesses and corporate areas at JPMorgan Chase. Key Programs:

+ Summer Analyst Program – 9-week internship experience that provides a real-world view into working at JPMorgan Chase and serves as the primary pipeline for full-time Analyst Program hiring.

+ Full-time Analyst Program – 2-year entry-level hiring program that helps new employees build key professional, leadership and business competency skills through challenging roles, career management guidance, and structured training and development.

Recruiting Strategy & Execution Responsibilities

+ Partner with business representatives to formulate effective recruiting strategies for assigned program locations, and lead successful execution/implementation

+ Leverage innovative sourcing tools and systems in order to attract diverse candidates and promote opportunities to a wider audience

+ Develop and execute diversity hiring initiatives to bring in diverse top talent into the Corporate & General Management programs across all program locations

+ Exceptional candidate experience for candidates throughout the recruiting process

+ Represent the firm virtually, on-campus and/or on-site by presenting to students on career opportunities within Corporate & General Management

Relationship & Resource Management Responsibilities

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Program Management team, hiring managers, and key clients/stakeholders

+ Ensure proper visibility of Campus Recruiting team and analyst program

+ Develop and contribute to processes for evaluating intern and analyst hiring needs/demand

+ Maintain strong relationships with firmwide recruiting teams to leverage and implement best practices shared

Summer Analyst Program Responsibilities

+ Plan and manage 9-week Summer Analyst Program, including orientation days, program specific training, continuing education, exposure/networking opportunities, and social events throughout the summer

+ Provide varying level support, mentorship and guidance for interns during the course of the summer, serving as their primary point of contact for the duration of their summer program

+ Provide coaching and training to intern managers as needed, along with hosting mid/end of program manager check-ins

+ Lead intern evaluation and selection process that leads to decisions on full-time offers to interns

Data Analysis Responsibilities

+ Partner with Recruiting Lead and Program Management on key initiatives and updates

+ Measure hiring and experience success metrics for management review

+ Seek out opportunities to obtain external benchmark data and share best practices on campus recruiting

+ Providing ad-hoc metrics and analysis for trends or opportunities

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 3 – 5 years of Campus Recruiting, Professional Recruiting, or general Human Resources experience at a global or large matrixed organization

+ 1 – 3 years project management experience; demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects

+ Strong and demonstrated focus on relationship management or candidate experience

+ Ability and comfort with taking calculated risks to achieve better results

+ High standards and attention to detail; strong planning and time management skills

+ Highly consultative and decisive partner to clients; an excellent relationship manager

+ Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; data analysis ability a plus

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with developing presentations from scratch and presenting to large groups of people, including but not limited to candidates, recruiting partners, program stakeholders and senior leaders.

+ Passion for working with and assessing university students

+ Knowledge of financial services desired
