QA Analyst WilmingtonAs a Barclays QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring credit bureau dispute requests are completed by the bank in adherence to State and Federal regulatory compliance with Bank Policy and regulatory requirements. You will be providing feedback to Credit Bureau Disputes Management in regards to trends and training opportunities in order to continue improving the process and enable management to provide guidance to the Credit Bureau Disputes Team. What will you be doing? • Review credit bureau dispute requests completed by Credit Bureau Dispute Analysts to ensure they meet Bank Policy requirements and regulator expectations • Complete error correction verification and ensure timely completion • Provide regular feedback relating to quality assurance reviews to Credit Bureau Disputes Management for Management to provide guidance on how to improve in case review • Maintain the Quality Monitoring Tool including updates and user support for the network • Conduct trend analysis on fulfillment requests, to include deficiencies in reporting, training opportunities, but also in regard to case type, and/ or trends identified • Assist with departmental tracking and reporting What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years’ experience in operations role Skills that will help you in the role: • Knowledge of Credit Bureau Dispute regulations • Excellent communication skills verbal and written, attention to detail, ability to understand importance of accuracy and responsiveness • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, results driven with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality, ability to work unassisted • Proficiency in Microsoft applications Where will you be working?
