Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Material Handling Operator for our Client located in New Castle, DE.

Reconcile on-hand physical inventory against systematic inventory, reading through financial transactions that impact programs.

Manage workflow and delegate daily tasks to Cycle Counters.

Investigate inventory transfer trends and patterns to identify lost inventory whereabouts.

Conduct daily ABC cycle count program counts.

Audit physical warehouse locations for accuracy and provide feedback to root-causing agents.

Operate mobile equipment when needed to gather necessary data for research.

Rearrange materials inside warehouse locations and sync system data to match physical.

Perform and manage stock checks.

Provide feedback during project work involving material transfers and correlated system transactions.

Analyze production-consumption patterns versus on-hand quantities and find gaps in processing.

Pay and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $21.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).

 

 

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High school or GED

Minimum of 2 years experience as Material Handling Operator

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Working under the direction of Warehouse Logistics team to reconcile purchase order (PO) receipts to align with supplier invoices in SAP using receiving and material transfer order functionality in SAP.

Evaluate existing and provided receipt documentation to confirm PO Items, Materials, and Quantities align with invoices and transactions in SAP.

Coordinate with warehouse logistics operations to perform cycle counts of physical materials across various storage bins.

Communicate transaction status and information requests with warehouse operations, order management, and MRP teams, for example

Understand and follow company and industry safety rules, practices, and procedures.

Communicate with others verbally and in writing technical information, job procedure recommendations, and other work-related information.

Unearthing insights and communicating analytics across multiple platforms. (SAP, Excel, Teams, Word, PPG, E+)
