Principal Coordinator, Human Resources
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join the Talent & Development horizontal team supporting operations under our Managing Vice President and team of close to 800 HR associates.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Work closely with horizontal team lead to manage logistics and planning for recurring leadership team meetings and offsites
Serve as contact for All Hands logistics (Exec Support), materials development, and recording management
Oversee the Compliance CBT completion rate and reminders for our organization
Support data capturing and logistics for organization's Campus demand roles
Support logistics (distros, data completion) for space POC
Submit and oversee team recognition (spot bonuses, promotion gifts, appreciation notes)
Pull Distro lists for events / invites
Create and update organization charts and maintain leadership onboarding materials
Work closely with team in support of ad hoc needs related to the successful management of horizontal team activities in direct support of MVP
Here's what you'll need to be successful...
Results focused mindset with the ability to drive work forward with a key focus on quality
Ability to flex and iterate in a fast-paced environment and partner with people leader to prioritize work while balancing multiple initiatives at once in fire-drill or routine settings
Exercises confidentiality and discretion, particularly with access to sensitive data
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to compile decks, status reports and other materials
Ability to flex styles and communication methods depending on audience at varying levels
Attention to detail, particularly through management of data, logistics, and deck building
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, corporate event planning, project management, process management or administrative experience
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
At least 2 years of corporate event planning experience or project management experience
Experience exercising confidentiality with data and access to sensitive information
