This role is responsible for collecting reviewing and analyzing payroll information to effectively administer Involuntary Deduction from pay such as Child Support, State a Federal Tax Levies. This position works collaboratively with payroll and ADP our Third-Party vendor, to ensure timely collections and payment of garnishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Outstanding service to our employees

• Collect and maintain electronic files for all withholding orders

• Research and respond to inquiries from employee, vendor, courts, state, and federal agencies regarding garnishment orders

• Research and respond to inquiries from employees, vendor, and acessHR regarding paycheck deductions

• Assist as needed to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of garnishment accounts

• Create documentation and train

• Collaborate with teammates to evaluate work requirements and recommend solutions for automating and enhancing business processes

• Prioritizes all tasks and daily assignments as required

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel

• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment across teams and vendors

• Strong analytical skillsand attention to detail

• Good judgement and decision-making skills

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, or HRIS/Payroll Systems a plus

• Programming language experience such as SQL preferred

• Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills

• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast paced, ever changing environment
