JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Marketing Manager in Wilmington, Delaware.
Job Duties: Responsible for the development of new and existing paid digital capabilities in support of customer acquisitions for Chase Card Services. Create a paid media (paid display) acquisition strategy using data and models to optimize costs. Identify platforms and investments in data infrastructure and machine learning environments that can drive long term business growth. Explore use of third party recognition and data products to expand reach of card acquisition marketing. Partner with marketing and analytics teams to drive prioritization of key capabilities. Responsible for the evaluation and testing of emerging technologies, social media, big data, and AI to develop new channels to acquire customers. Develop data capabilities with third parties that help enable our branded and cobrand partner product teams achieve their business and growth objectives. Assess model infrastructure for both paid and direct mail marketing, and provide recommendations on technology investments, use of data, and advancement of models. Responsible for innovation in paid media channels, partnering with bureaus and large publishers, using technology, models, and data to execute high-targeted, profitable marketing campaigns. Explore use of multi-touch attribution models to inform channel investment strategy.
Job Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Marketing, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as an Analytics Consultant, Graphic Designer, Data Analyst, Product Manager, or related occupation. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in lieu of a Master’s degree with three (3) years of experience in a related occupation. This position requires experience with the following skills: digital marketing and product development; working with Agile and Scrum development teams; working with bureaus and bureau sourced data; working on digital paid media projects; working with large publishers such as Facebook or Google; and navigating data environments and use of models to drive marketing.
