Full-Time Analyst & Associate Program Management

JPMorgan Chase Full-Time Analyst and Associate (A&A) Programs creates a pipeline for top entry-level talent – enthusiastic, bright and diverse future leaders of the firm.

The firmwide Full-Time Program Management Team assists in overseeing 20+ global early career programs across our Lines of Business with over 3,000 new joiners each year. We collaborate with Program Directors and Campus leadership to execute on strategic initiatives that will create substantial impact for our firm. We partner with the Intern Program Management Team to align on strategy to ensure a seamless transition from Intern to Analyst. Our goal is to offer a best-in-class experience for all Full-Time Program Analyst and Associates.

The Full-Time A&A Program Management Analyst is a critical member of the Program Management team with the following core responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Execution Responsibilities

+ Understand and promote our mission, messaging and branding within the Campus team and Full-Time program population

+ Support the global strategy regarding the experience of entry-level analysts and associates in the firm’s flagship programs in all lines of business

+ Partner with Program Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes among all firmwide analyst and associate programs, including participant experience, quality of hire, learning, performance, promotion and retention

+ Drive consistency and common standards around program management

+ Seek out and recommend strategies that build a community of analysts and associates at the firm in order to facilitate mutual learning, growth, inclusivity and idea generation

+ Lead sub-workstreams/initiatives for Full-Time A&A Program programming; examples of potential focus areas include Senior Speaker Series, “Keep-Warm” Communications, Recruiter Readiness, Data & Reporting, Program Director Forums

Data and Analytics Responsibilities

+ Maintain accurate data and reporting on rosters, event schedules and success metrics

+ Assist in the development and execution of a new Data Management strategy for our global Full-Time A&A programs

+ Work with Data Management partners to collate and maintain key data on a monthly basis

+ Maintain contact lists of Program Directors and Stakeholders

+ Track and analyze program management stats and metrics on an on-going basis to identify strategic significance and provide trends to key stakeholders

+ Work with Data Privacy teammates to ensure confidentiality and privacy standards are met, in collaboration with Program Management lead(s)

+ Seek out opportunities to obtain external benchmark data and share best practices on junior talent programs

Relationship & Resource Management Responsibilities

+ Work with partners to streamline Full-Time A&A Program processes globally

+ Advise Program Directors and Campus Recruiters on objectives and overall strategy

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Program teams

+ Effectively partner with various global Corporate stakeholders who have a substantial interest or play a substantial role in analyst and associate programs, including Talent Development, Campus Recruiting, HR Ops and Technology, Learning, Employer Brand, and Business Management

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years relevant experience

+ Recruiting, entry-level program management and/or related knowledge/experience is preferred

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with key partners and stakeholders across a broad organization

+ Demonstrated capability to plan and execute complex projects that are cross-functional in nature and have a wide impact

+ Understanding of confidentiality and ability to use good judgment with data/employee information

+ Ability to analyze and validate data in Excel using formulas and operations including Pivot Tables and VLookups

+ This role will require confidence with data and an interest in ongoing review of program rosters, dates, and HR information

+ Ability to use PowerPoint and Adobe to create presentations

+ Analytical thinking with desire for accuracy; uses data to make informed decisions and keep stakeholders updated

+ Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment; able to make decisions or escalate, as appropriate
