Job Description – Executive Director – Corporate Development CFO Team
The Executive Director role is a Financial Analysis position in the Corporate Development CFO group. The successful candidate will serve as the Finance lead on acquisition integrations across all Chase lines of business.
+ The candidate will serve as a Finance Integration lead and own the end-to-end coordination and implementation of Financial aspects for both acquisitions and partnerships
+ Daily interaction with key stakeholders across Finance, Corporate Development, and all Chase LOB’s to understand and deliver business needs while managing numerous concurrent initiatives
+ Collaborate with the Corporate Development Integration team on due diligence for acquisitions, and on ensuring pre and post close milestones are met
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a high-paced business environment, as well as the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field; MBA Preferred
+ 8-10 years of business experience in strong analytical positions (e.g. investment banking, consulting)
+ Background in financial services, including credit card, payment networks, fintech’s preferred
+ Demonstrated leadership in terms of attitude, initiative and inclusivity
+ Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills
+ Knowledge of different valuation methodologies and experience in valuation of companies/portfolios
+ Influencing skills and ability to concisely articulate key recommendations
+ Experience in interacting and communicating recommendations to business leaders for line of business
+ Superior organizational and process skills, attention to detail
+ Proactive – continually drives to understand unique needs of each business and/or program and challenges status quo
