Enterprise Valuation Consultant

Job Description:

+ Completes business valuation analysis and prepares valuation reports on complex domestic and international companies.

+ Identifies and analyzes key performance drivers, long-term trends, and relevant market data

+ Assesses complex financial data and projects future cash flows

+ Synthesizes all available data and reconciles conclusions to produces clear, accurate and well-supported reports

+ Works with a high level of autonomy with high decision making impact

+ As needed, conducts quality assurance reviews of peer or front-line-unit valuations, manages the procurement of 3rd party valuations, and answers valuation questions from credit or risk teams

Required Skills:

+ 3 to 10 years of business valuation experience or similar credit experience

+ BA/BS/MBA degree in finance, accounting, or business administration or substantial similar education and experience

+ Deep working knowledge of valuation theories and methodologies for a variety of industries and economies

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage workflow, handle detailed analysis, and meet deadlines

+ Ability understand complex transactions and interpret financial statement data

+ Skills to convey data and conclusions in concise, accurate, and well supported, written reports

+ Ability to discuss issues and explain valuation data and analysis to credit and risk officers in a remote setting

+ Proficiency with Excel

Desired Skills:

+ CFA, ASA, or similar designations is a plus

+ Familiarity with FactSet or similar market data provider is a plus
