JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

This position develops, executes, administers and continuously improves the training process and program within ALATUS. This includes ensuring accurate tracking, maintaining and communicating required training, developing training content and assisting others with development along with identifying external training options. This role works with multiple functions to provide content and training requirements that are to be managed within our systems. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload and recommend changes to continuously improve practices and procedures.




Duties and Responsibilities 



  • Develops training content (presentation, videos) for various key operational job roles within ALATUS by collaborating with various stakeholders. Develops and deploys training frequency for the onboarding of new employees and periodic refresher for the existing employees. 

  • Develops and executes global protocols for administration of training requirements within ALATUS

  • Ensure training programs comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT and any other regulatory training requirements.

  • Administers and improves training records management program, ensuring that records are kept and destroyed according to ALATUS policies

  • Develops and executes follow-up processes to ensure training system compliance with company procedures and policies, including auditing content of documents, forms, requests, etc. and making recommendations to users to drive global consistency across the organization.

  • Develops and assists others in developing content to train different job functions in the areas of manufacturing and operations across ALATUS.

  • Evaluates outcomes of training systems and suggests and implements corrective or preventive actions to promote continuous improvement.

  • Utilizes different training tools for Computer-Based Training and classroom to enhance training delivery and retention.

  • Reports regularly on training metrics, trains and provides user support on use of training systems and follows up on issues with training system usage.

  • Holds individuals accountable to complete required training and escalates issues for resolution.

  • Successfully completes all assigned trainings
