SaaS Program Manager (US Remote)

Job Description

As a SaaS Program Manager at Acxiom, you will manage the development and execution of related medium to large, complex, multi-phased projects within the Information Technology Group and IPG affiliate companies. You will help drive digital responsibility automation, promote compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring projects adhere to specifications and ensure project completion is within the determined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

What you will do:

+ Define, organize, and plan project goals, and schedules to meet required project timelines; Facilitate/lead estimation of moderately complex projects, developing the project schedule and determining resource needs

+ Drive project management activities across a portfolio of multiple projects including design, proof-of-concept, scoping, prioritization, business case validation, process documentation, execution, and post completion operations

+ Work collaboratively across teams, organizations, and vendor/partners in a fast-paced environment, while handling multiple projects and operational activities

+ Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure proper resource allocation to the project

+ Monitor compliance with established EPMO guidelines and methodology

+ Control project scope through effective change management skills

+ Help define, communicate, and enforce project roles and responsibilities

+ Anticipate and proactively resolve exceptions within established tolerance parameters

+ Utilize project management tools/techniques (e.g., PERT charts, critical path method, earned value) to track and manage project costs and schedules

+ Determine the impact of proposed changes in project scope on time and cost, recommending budget changes to management, as needed, to support changes in project scope

+ Manage and communicate cost and schedule variances and exceptions, using time and cost reports to manage the project

+ Develop/implement/update communications plans for projects, that specifies audience, medium, timeframes, and methods

+ Expedite decision-making on project-related issues (e.g., effectively navigates a matrixed organization and follows project escalation path); ensure timely delivery of accurate, complete, and concise project status report information

+ Understand the risk and issues management process and techniques, including risk identification, quantification, and risk response (e.g., acceptance, mitigation, avoidance, risk response control)

What you will need:

+ A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree,

+ Experience with implementing enterprise SaaS platforms and solutions

+ Experience successfully managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent interdependent projects across multiple stakeholders

+ Knowledgeable in project management methodology and solution development methodologies ( PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, CBT )

+ Strategic & Analytical approach to portfolio & project management

+ Exceptional communication (verbal & written), and presentation skills

+ Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments

+ Experience influencing leadership and setting expectations for major projects while leveraging change management principles to drive successful outcomes.

What will set you apart:

+ 2+ years of experience directly in implementing enterprise SaaS platforms

+ Evidence of experience managing concurrent 3-5 complex cross-functional projects

+ Certifications – PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, CIPT, CIPM

+ Experience with OneTrust platform

+ Experience with Data Privacy & Ethics, design principles

+ Experience with Agile (Scrum) development process and the application of within program & project management
