Senior Manager, Channels & Operations Process Manager



As a Senior Manager, Process Manager in Market Operations & Real Estate (MORE), you will play a critical role in driving and leading strategic business projects, well-managed efforts, and broad reaching technology initiatives that will have a direct impact on Branch / Cafe operations.


A successful candidate will have proven experience analyzing and developing solutions, strong problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communications and influencing skills at all levels. Building win-win partnerships with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex, competing priorities are also essential for this role.


As a Senior Manager, Process Manager you will:


Lead an agile team that solves complex problems and supports transformational initiatives.


Work extensively with front line leaders to ensure the simplification and well-managed needs of Branches and Cafes are cared for appropriately.


Serve as the voice of frontline teams and influence outcomes with intent partners that deliver favorable experiences for our customers and associates.


Collaborate effectively across back-office teams (e.g., Risk Office, Consumer Protection, Consumer Operations, Legal, Product, etc.) to ensure frontline risks are managed effectively and can be executed against with simplicity


Cultivate a culture that is adaptive, inclusive and focused on associate growth and development that embraces our changing environment.


Prioritize and negotiate efforts in a flexible and agile manner, meeting Senior Leadership delivery expectations while managing team workload and meeting committed timelines.


Track and share delivery progress with MORE Senior Leaders regularly and in various forums.


Actively engage with key business partners (Product, Marketing, etc.) to advocate for well-managed delivery through MORE and enable long-term work planning based on partner strategy and timelines.


Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience


3 years of experience in Process Management


3 years of experience in Agile methodologies


3 years of experience in Operations


3 years of experience in People Management


Preferred Qualifications:


5 years of experience in Process Management


5 years of experience in Agile methodologies


5 years of experience in Operations


5 years of experience in People Management
