Carney's Point & Woodstown, New Jersey are looking to hire full-time and part-time Office Assistants!
ChristianaCare's Office Assistants are the first point of contact between the practice and the patient. These Caregivers are responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming calm and efficient environment for the practice.
Office Assistants serves patients with poise and compassion virtually or on-site within the practice, fields phone calls, greets and supports patients, answers patient questions, schedules appointments, registers patients and updates EMR, and represents the entire practice every time there is interaction with a patient. Office Assistants are vital and valued ChristianaCare Caregivers.
High School Graduate or GED required.
Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build and foster professional relationships in a team environment.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and warm welcoming demeanor.
Ability to display good oral and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented to ensure tasks are successfully completed.
Proficiency in MS Office; must be comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and have a general knowledge of devices.
Knowledge of ICD, CPT Codes & Medical Terminology is preferred.
