Responsibilities What do our Service & Inventory Analyst do? The Service and Inventory Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of inventory items in the ERP system and the daily inventory operations of the organization. This position will be responsible for effectively and accurately reconciling monthly inventories and processing routine inventory adjustments drawing on multiple information sources and understanding multiple effects of the transaction. The Service and Inventory Analyst will be responsible for researching and resolving any discrepancies found, as well as maintain and publish standard reports for service operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Investigate daily inventory discrepancies. Analyze and reconcile monthly warehouse inventories. Oversee item master, set up all new items, and maintain current item pricing/costing. Collect, document, monitor and review inventory data for accuracy and timeliness within our ERP system. Process daily and monthly inventory adjustments and transfers. Assist with posting finished service orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency. May be assigned additional duties and/or special projects. What do you need? High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or 5+ business related experience. Five or more years' business or related experience. Strong attention to detail. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of Pivot tables, V-lookups, etc. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Must have Excellent Team Spirit, with great work ethic. Positive and competitive attitude. The work requires strenuous physical exertion and the employee may be required to drive, stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel and crouch for extended periods, as well as see, talk, hear and use hands and arms to grasp, handle, reach and feel.
