The Work:
+ Partner with AFS Technology leadership to understand short and long term needs of the business in order to champion recruiting solutions
+ Develop and execute specific recruiting plans to meet hiring goals and report on progress against plans
+ Partner with HR on strategy to fill open roles and stay ahead of overdue demand
+ Deliver hires against recruiting plans
+ Lead recruiting team to achieve hiring plans:
+ Mentor recruiters on building effective client and candidates relationships and on finding and recruiting talent
+ Maximize team productivity by removing obstacles and balancing workloads
+ Approve offers for assigned demand areas
+ Drive recruiting efforts such as career fairs, social media campaigns, sourcing efforts, etc.
+ Collaborate with peers to help ensure the overall success of the team and efficiently leverage team resources
+ Support collaboration across recruiting teams and the business to improve diversity hiring
+ Ensure data quality in recruiting system and reports for demand area
+ Escalate staffing needs and business challenges as needed to leadHere is what you need:
+ Experience leading recruiting efforts and coaching/training recruiters
+ Experience developing recruiting strategies
+ Have an understanding of AFS capability recruiting, key skillsets and the external market for talent
