This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Manager ,you will be responsible for :

+ Leadand manage cross-functional teams representing all Product Developmentlife-cycle phases including project planning, scheduling, tracking,coordinating, and monitoring activities. This may include project team membersfrom other companies where contractual and personnel management must be effectivelymanaged to ensure project success.

+ Createand manage project scope, schedule, and budget

+ Assurethat all product and project deliverables (quality, performance, cost, scheduleand revenue) are met

+ Scheduleand lead meetings to coordinate inter-departmental project activities;including those necessary to resolve project issues

+ Manageproject communications to all stakeholders (project teams, functional managers,internal and external customers, and senior management), including meetingminutes, monthly updates, communications meetings, and phase reviews

+ Strongleadership with proven abilities to manage and lead teams of non-direct reportsin a matrix organization

+ Skilledin product development processes and a general business understanding,preferably in the highly regulated medical device industry

+ Industryexperience of ten plus years including four years’ managing projects

+ Abilityto coordinate across disciplines and integrate all aspects of business as theyimpact development projects including negotiation of scope, roles andresponsibilities, specifications, timelines, and resources – up, down and, acrossthe organization

+ Demonstratedeffective written and oral communications skills

+ Stronganalytical skills to assess situations and drive decision making

+ Capacityto achieve outcomes based on ability to facilitate and negotiate desired results

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

+ Advancedscientific and/or business degrees are highly desirable and can substitute forsome required experience.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP)certification not required but is a key differentiator.

+ Workingknowledge of FDA, ISO, IVDD and IVDR regulations desired.

+ 3 to 5experience in leading project efforts
