We are in search of a passionate and highly motivated marketing leader to accelerate performance in our Connected Communities segment. This is a rapidly growing segment responsible for everything from securing fiber internet contracts with developers and property owners to driving maximum penetration of our fiber assets at each individual property or development where we provide services. The Director of Marketing, Connected Communities is responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy that will drive brand preference of Quantum Fiber through all stages with segment specific marketing campaigns and highly targeted efforts using sophisticated analysis to identify areas of opportunity, test and track results, and scale as appropriate.
The Connected Communities marketing team provides direct support to two primary teams of sales professionals. The Business Development team consists of Account Managers with aggressive sales targets responsible for contract acquisition targeting developers and property owners of multifamily and single-family developments across the U.S. Our Customer Success team consists of Outside Sales Reps who support a portfolio of fiber properties working directly with leasing staff and residents to maximize penetration rates in each property. The right candidate will understand that a claim to success in this role is directly tied to the performance of these sales teams and this segment.

What We Look For in a Candidate
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
+ 10+ years of B2C and/or B2B marketing/sales experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
+ 5+ years marketing background within the multifamily segment.
+ Growth-minded leader who can adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment in a competitive industry with plenty of ambiguity and interesting, challenging problems to solve.
+ Strong mentor capable of leading teams to deliver on ambitious business goals, inspires their best work, and develops their careers.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners and executive leadership.
