About this position

The Marketing Associate of Sapphire Experiences will support the execution and marketing of Sapphire’s sponsorships and experiences as well as the execution of initiatives supporting the dining strategy for the Sapphire credit card products. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.


This role will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute on-site, in person experiences including the development of Sapphire branding and content that will be used in social and other marketing channels. In addition, this role will execute the owned marketing communication curriculum to drive awareness of the event and drive sales and attendance. This role will also support the execution of dining initiatives including creation of dining content as well as working closely with the Ultimate Rewards marketing team to drive awareness and usage of Chase Dining.


+ Bachelor’s Degree required

+ 3+ years of relevant work experience

+ At least 1 year of event or sponsorship experience is strongly desired

Ideal candidates would be able to do the following

+ Translate high-level brand goals into high-impact, engaging content plan and assets

+ Balance strategic thinking on overall plan with detail orientation on execution

+ Collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, while building strong relationships and being a team player

+ Work independently on relatively open-ended tasks, being willing to build strategy from the ground up

+ Effectively and efficiently manage external agencies

+ Function well in a social media forward role, willing to keep up with fast-paced evolution of social media trends and best practices
