We are seeking an energetic, forward thinking professional to join our Information Technology group in our IT Risk Management and Security organization. This position will be part of the Cybersecurity Engineering Client Services team and will be the frontline liaison between cyber security engineering and the audit teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Participate in audit meetings, pick up the audit evidence requests which are the responsibility of Cybersecurity Engineering teams and collect the required evidences from Cybersecurity Operations or Cybersecurity Engineering teams.

+ Work with the audit lead to foster engagement between auditors and the the cyber security technical teams.

+ Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Audit teams to define the audit requests in a meaningful way.

+ Respond to audit requests in a timely manner.

+ Review and share evidence and responses with auditors.

+ Coordinate audit triage and follow-up requests.

+ Adopt audit best practices for protecting company data while engaging with internal and external auditors.

+ Assess audit evidences and provide status updates to leadership team.

+ Maintain the Cybersecurity Engineering audit tracker by recording all incoming audit demand.

+ Help expand the Client Services team audit function to incorporate new audit support for emerging technologies.

+ Gain appropriate approvals for audit evidence collected.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

+ 1-3 years experience with Cybersecurity audits.

+ Very strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate and follow-up on multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing, and relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate cross-culturally with wide array of stakeholders, internally and externally.

+ Practical experience with using Agile principles.

+ Understanding of Visio architecture diagrams.

+ Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management frameworks, Networking architectures, Data and System Protection software, Cloud topologies and Application Security principles.

Preferred:

+ Certification in information security.

+ Understanding of NIST standards and applicability in large scale environments.

+ Experience with JIRA software.
