The Transitional Surgical Unit (TSU) is a high-acuity, bedside telemetry, transitional unit with an open admission structure. The TSU cares for a diverse surgical and medical patient population. If you are an experienced RN with a passion for care, a drive for clinical excellence, a reputation for being a team player and proven experience in a critical care setting or step-down unit, then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate should have the following:
BSN Required or commitment to obtain within three years of hire date.
License or license eligibility in the State of Delaware.
At least one year of Medical/Surgical experience required.
Schedule: This position is for 72 hours per pay. The hours are 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., rotating 12 hour shifts. Weekend and holiday requirements per organization practices.
Bonus Details: The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
