Responsible for the design and management of multiple onboarding training programs and the content within them.Collaborates with business partners to ensure the onboarding programs align with the strategic department metrics and performance goals.Programs and content are designed and managed by conducting a needs analysis, establishing program goals, and mapping programs goals to skill-based competencies.Responsible for managing initial program implementation and maintaining program accuracy by delivering on established communication processes and maintaining relationships with both internal and external business partners.
*Engages with business partners to promote the onboarding training programs, solicits their input, and maintains open communication channels specifically regarding the status oftheprograms.
*Manages the development and ongoing maintenance of multiple performance-basedonboarding training programs,including competency and curriculum mapping,and oversight of content design and assessment development.
*Assesses the impact of changes to the onboarding programs. Mitigates risk by managing the programs and content through the maintenance process,using internal Project Management processes and systems.
*Collaborates with curriculadesigners and training strategist on new training initiatives. Provides context to designers as a subject matter expert based on knowledge of business, job roles, and programs.
*Conducts needs analysisusing learning models that drive business performance.Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
*Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, Organizational Management, Instructional Design
*2+ years ofexperience inTraining and Development, Instructional Design, Project Management, Content Development, Content Design
*In lieu of a degree,4+ years ofexperience inContent Management, Project Management, Content Development, Training and Development
