Information Technology Risk Management and Security Governance Risk and Compliance (ITRMS GRC) is an essential component of the current IT enterprise that provides support to the Pharmaceutical Research, Supply Chain and Marketing organizations.

The ITRMS GRC Compliance Monitoring group is responsible for enabling innovation within ITRMS GRC Compliance through proactive and predictive compliance insights including monitoring performance against strategy, providing risk insights derived from second-line monitoring and driving accountability within the IT Compliance organization.

The Monitoring Command Center will be responsible for monitoring compliance indicators and evaluating impacts and trends. This role reports to the Director, IT GRC Compliance Monitoring.


+ Monitors IT compliance indicators

+ Evaluates impacts and trends

+ Ensures non-compliance incidents are communicated and actioned

+ Manages relationships with internal stakeholders

+ Develops executive reporting

+ Manages reporting schedule and ensures established deadlines are consistently met

+ Keeps leadership regularly apprised of project status

Desired Education Level:

+ Bachelor’s Degree is required. Concentration in an Information Technology discipline is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ A minimum of 6 years of IT risk and compliance / IT audit experience

+ Skilled in quality management techniques including risk & impact assessment, trend analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action planning, process optimization

+ Understands data analytics concepts and leveraging data to assess risk

+ Strong communication and relationship management skills across the organization is required

+ Skilled at using consultative techniques to manage ambiguity and drive progress

+ Exceptional attention to detail

+ Strong storyboarding skills

+ Skilled in designing reporting and deliverables tailored to executive audiences

+ Demonstrated ability to cultivate and develop team members

+ Demonstrated ability to anticipate and proactively manage risks and roadblocks

+ Domain expertise in IT Regulatory Compliance industry-leading practices including GxP, SOX, Security, Privacy, PCI

Preferred Experience and Skills :

+ Certifications:

+ CISA, CIA, CISM or similar

+ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar
