Principal Program Manager - Executive Coaching Program

The Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a high performing associate to push forth our mission to be a highly effective Executive Coaching practice. The role will own several processes and interaction models pertaining to Executive Coaching.
Key responsibilities include:
Educating internal stakeholders, including HR Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members and Human Resource Consultants (HRCs), about the Executive Coaching program and process
Managing the Executive Coaching process from executive nomination through engagement close-out
Conducting 1:1 confidential intake conversations with each nominated executive to understand their development needs and goals for coaching
Facilitating coach matches for the nominated executives and manage back-end initiation of coaching engagements with Coaches and HRCs
Serving as the central Program point-of-contact for the cohort of internal and external Executive Coaches that serve the program and the executive population
Overseeing and owning the third party relationship with external Executive Coaches
Providing customized Executive Coaching reporting to each line of business (LOB) point of contact (known as a Coaching Champion) and discuss strategic recommendations for coaching in their organization
Partnering with other Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) and Leadership programs with Executive Coaching requirements/components
Coordinating and hosting Executive Coaching related events (i.e. Annual Coach Summit and Quarterly Coach Updates)
Continuously partner with data and technology teams to improve current coaching data capture approach
Ensuring that we are good cost stewards. Partner with Finance and LOB partners to monitor executive coaching budget and spend
Partner with Enterprise Supplier Management to complete new vendor onboarding and contract renewals as needed
Ensuring engagements, invoices, and tracking of coaching is well managed
Creating and delivering recurring and on-demand reporting to coaching stakeholders
Establishing, refreshing, and communicating enterprise wide coaching guidelines
Constantly seek opportunities for process / program improvement
Partnering with Executive Onboarding and internal Executive Coaches for New Leader Integration coaching
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
At least 2 years of Program Management OR at least 2 years of Process Management experience
At last 2 years in client OR customer experience management
Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Leadership Coaching OR Human Resources
At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development OR Human Resources OR Program Management
At least 2 years of leadership development experience
At least 3 years of experience with process design, development, and deployment
Experience in an HR client-facing/ HR Consultant role
Experience in strategy development and execution
Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and ROI
