What does a great ISV Partner Account Manager do?

Responsible for acting as the main point of contact for a dedicated book of business including new partners onboarding to Fiserv. Introduces role and resources to partner upon signing with Fiserv and builds relationship as ISV moves through the onboarding & integration process. Remains as the single point of contact for the account through the life of the partnership. Collaborates with partners to strategically grow the relationship and mutual book of business.

In this role, you can look forward to:

Able to build long-term relationships with new and existing partners

Become partner facing dedicated contact (before, during and after integration)

Adapt to ever-changing products, processes and technology

Able to be creative in driving revenue handling issues

Immediate resolution of issues to keep strategic growth conversations on track

Provide unparalleled white glove experience for our ISV relationships

Responsible for driving partner revenue growth and net new accounts to financial plan and quotas

Able to balance mixed portfolio of existing and new partner relationships

Able to perform other tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

High School Diploma

2+ years of relationship management or sales experience

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

Must be able to grow portfolio of partners strategically to hit sales targets

Must be capable of successfully handling new and existing relationships in a proactive approach to drive quicker go-live times and maximize growth

Ability to develop go-to-market strategies consisting of marketing activities, pricing models and additional development opportunities

Self-motivated and able to use resources while thriving in a team environment

Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of an organization/industry with a rapidly expanding customer base

Must be able to think on feet, but also drive follow up when needed internally and with partners

Able to build rapport and collaborate well with others internally and with partners

Must be able to communicate professionally in written and verbal communication

Must have excellent active listening skills

Extreme attention to detail

Willingness to take on additional tasks as processes revamp

Be adept at leveraging resources across the entire organization

Able to retain information and organized enough to reference when needed

Travel Required:

As needed for partner visits and occasional tradeshows

Who We Are

We are the ISV channel of Fiserv and we work with our integrated software partners to connect to our platform leveraging our tech stack. When you go to a restaurant or order something online, that business is likely using a software to ring you up and collect payment – we are integrated into that solution in order to process that payment. We’re the young, high growth channel having only been around for about 4-5 years so really the toddler of the org, but growing at such a rapid pace that we need to add talented account managers to our growing business.
