The Technology Shared Service (TSS) Product Manager, Cyber Engineering reports directly to the GDIT Cyber Engineering Sr. Manager and leads the product development efforts for TSS Cyber.


You’ll work with leadership, architects, engineers, and customers to get ideas for our product use cases that customers, will perform competitive analyses and help oversee the design, development, and implementation of our product to clients.

You’ll help the team navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges on a day-to-day basis. Senior leadership and your client will rely on you for the pulse of the project through expected deliverables to future roadmaps.

Required Experience

+ 5+ years working in Cyber Security/Information Technology

+ 2+ years as a Scrum Master in a dynamic/fast paced environment.

+ Knowledge of Security Logging, Security Information + Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection + Response (EDR), Security Orchestration + Automation Reporting (SOAR), Vulnerability Scanning, and other Cyber Security Concepts

+ Experience working with engineering teams to assess and size sprints.

+ Require BA/BS degree in management information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, or related discipline/equivalent experience.

+ Experience facilitating, managing, and coaching client relationships and organize agile team activities for teams focused on providing cyber services.

+ Experience leading agile meetings such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

+ Understanding of technical/cyber security concepts and can present them to clients in simple terms.

+ Experience supporting product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with regards to priorities and scope.
