Senior Cyber Range Training Developer

Job Description

As a member of our Cyber Range Team, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around continuous learning and solving cyber challenges whether in Cature The Flag (CTF) events, training courses, or on your own time. You’ll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and cyber expertise to develop training events and courses for all knowledge levels, Foundational, Intermediate and Advanced. Description for Internal Candidates

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, or Information Systems is desired

+ Good communication skills demonstrating the ability to present and explain ideas and concepts is required

+ Experience with planning, designing, and conducting training events is desired or other technical training experience is desired

+ Indepth knowledge and experience with cybersecurity applications and controls is desired

+ Knowledge of cyber defense operations, forensics, red teaming, and/or pentesting is desired

+ 2 to 3 years of experience configuring and maintaining Virtual Machines won any type 1 or type 2 hypervisor is desired

+ Networking experience to include configuring and maintaining computer networks/firewalls including virtual appliances/networks…NSX-V and T experience is desired

+ Automation experience using such tools as Ansible and Terraform is desired

+ Experience with MS Windows and various NIX based operating system distributions is required

+ Familarity with Git and the Git workflow development process is desired

+ Experience with creating animations, video editing, and/or photo editing is desired

+ Experience with service support to solve customer problems/answer questions is desired
