Sr. Debit Card Ops Production Coordinator
A Debit Card Operations (DCO) Senior Coordinator will have full knowledge of all job functions within the Debit Card Operations Exceptions team. The DCO team processes exception queue items and reports in an efficient and accurate manner with limited supervision. Associates in this role will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.
The DCO Senior Coordinator will be required to communicate clear and effectively and be able to follow written or verbal instruction. This position will provide recommendations for department goals, process improvements, policies, and procedures. The role consists of detail oriented tasks with emphasis on accuracy and meeting deadlines. The role interacts with internal customers and peers while maintaining a positive character/attitude under limited supervision.
Accurate data entry of customer and account information when posting all exception-based debit card transactions.
Maintain high level of productivity as measured by metric reporting and departmental standards
Perform thorough transaction level research by reviewing for proper funds allocation on debit card exception transactions.
Adhere to bank/department guidelines and timelines to ensure that Bank Regulations are in compliance.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while completing day to day processes and projects.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers via phone and email when handling debit card research or maintenance requests.
Accurately complete team daily reporting provided to management with the ability to identify and escalate any trends in workflow.
Maintain superior Quality Assurance results.

At least 1 year of banking or customer service experience
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite
