Manager, HR Consultant - Customer Protection
Capital One seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions. Provide strategic HR consulting to the Customer Protection organization that is critical to the success of Retail.
Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Retail Customer Protection and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs and broader Retail Customer Protection organization.
Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work).
Monitor and analyze key HR performance indicators including attrition, recruiting statistics, and surveys.
Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance
Collaborate with HR partners (Compensation, Training, Recruiting, and Communications) to design and deliver on key strategic projects
Handle escalated HR questions/issues regarding benefits, or other HR services
Partner with associate relations specialist on AR escalated issues
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 5 years of client facing experience or at least 5 years of consulting experience or a combination
MBA or Master's Degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
At least 6+ years of client facing experience or 6+ years of consulting experience or a combination
At least 3+ years of experience in in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
At least 1+ year of experience in Organizational Development
