Senior Manager, Associate Experience

Our Retail Bank Products, Platforms & Data ("PPD") team is a talented organization of 200+ product managers working across our digital platforms to deliver outstanding capabilities to our customers and associates. PPD associates are committed to enhancing the features customers use every day, dramatically improving associate facing tools and investing in bold experiments that tangibly deliver on the brand promise of Banking Reimagined.
We are looking for a talented person to lead our Associate Experience team within PPD. The PPD Associate Experience team is charged with onboarding, developing, and engaging our PPD team, and making PPD a great place to work. This associate would report into PPD's People Strategy team, and partners closely with our Human Resources Consultant, Communications partners, Learning & Development partners, and Recruiting partners.
Build and lead a team charged with developing an empowering, engaging, and inclusive associate experience within PPD.
Co-define intent for dedicated partners in Communications, Learning & Development, and Recruiting.
Serve on the People Strategy leadership team, playing a key role in setting the people agenda for PPD.
Advise and support leadership as they design and execute their associate experience agendas.
Lead key culture initiatives, such as our transition to a hybrid working environment (combination of in-person and virtual).
Partner with our communications team to drive alignment and engagement among our teams, and to elevate our leaders' profile throughout the enterprise. Communicate organizational goals via written communications, all-hands, firesides, and other events.
Collaborate with partner organizations and Chiefs of Staff on culture initiatives, and to influence a consistency in associate experience.
Build a culture of recognition, leveraging formal programs and cultural interventions to help associates feel valued for their contributions.
Develop initiatives to connect associates to leaders and to peers.
Partner with our learning and development teams to invest in associates' growth and advancement.
Engage in enterprise conversations about the future of Capital One's product management job family, such as skills definition or the development of internal leadership programs.
At least 7 years of project management experience
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
10+ years of Project Management experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results
