Sales Manager Consumer Services North Area for Whirlpool (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Maximize the sales execution and sales performance, achieving sales targets and margins in line with profit plan.
Lead and manage your sales team of North Europe, overseeing Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Nordics (Norway , Denmark, Sweden and Finland).
Being the sales account manager, together with your French colleague, of our biggest account of Europe and have good relationship with Key Accounts, in order to ensure accounts profitability and maximize sales performance from designated accounts.
Develop challenging business plans and drive it to success.
The lines of businesses refer to traditional spares, commercial spares, essentials, professional appliances and Air-conditioners, as well appliances to Customer Service accounts.
Implement new product sales on any of above revenue streams.
Collaborate and integrate the extended warranty business & field repair business to maximize overall Consumer Service profitability.
Establish and sustain a healthy cash flow with all CS network clients, support them to set reasonable credit line & credit limits.
Implement an organized sales process to expand market penetration and drive business development.
Manage the implementation of the product portfolio within the market channels & improve the product competitive position.
Support the CS marketer in idealization, developing, implementing and establishing product marketing programs and pricing strategies.
Speak up in the commercial strategy and policy, differentiated by channel .You collaborate and work closely with the EMEA Center of Excellence and the CS Senior Sales manager EMEA. You execute the commercial policy of Whirlpool.
Accountable for achieving the area budget and sales forecast, including generating weekly, monthly financial forecasts and make budget planning.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
You have a Bachelor, preferably in economics or commercial business.
You have +4 year of experience in sales management (preferably in one of the network channels or product lines).
You are passionate about consumer household products and spare parts.
You are extremely competitive, want to win and you are able to set priorities & meet deadlines in a timely manner.
You are strong in managing complexity.
You are a team player, you plan to win & like being part of an international dynamic team.
You are German speaking and you are proficient in English.
You have solid experience working with MS Office (mainly excel) and/or G Suite.
You are an entrepreneurial person with strong communication and selling skills, putting the customer at the center of your efforts and constantly seeking for opportunities and improvements.
You are flexible & able to work in a changing & challenging environment.
You have a lot of aspirations to develop and grow.
