As a member of the Claims North America Quality Assurance Team, this position is responsible for supporting efforts to monitor opportunities for internal fraud and ensure reduction in risk. Responsibilities also include partnering with various levels of internal Claims management to analyze and communicate findings to managers within direct reporting structure, as well as senior claims management, Business Intelligence (Actuarial and Predictive Modeling) teams and other corporate disciplines. This position reports to the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager.
